On May 29th, staff at Petitcodiac Regional School will participate in a professional learning day focused on strengthening student achievement, well-being, and engagement. Throughout the day, teachers will collaborate in teams to align curriculum, refine instructional practices, and advance literacy and numeracy goals across all grade levels. Staff will also take part in targeted professional learning sessions, including workshops on fractions instruction, emotional resilience, and cross-curricular planning. In the afternoon, educators will continue their work through professional learning communities and dedicated time to coordinate supports, update student learning plans, and prepare for upcoming instruction. This collaborative work supports our ongoing commitment to ensuring all students are successful, supported, and engaged in their learning.
