4. School Improvement PlanSandra shared the following 3 Goals:
   1 distance Learning Goal- In the event of school closures/ home learning (k-2, 3-8, 9-12)
   1 Safety Goal- Covid Operational Plan- available on the PRS website. Absenteeism rate during red phase is reported to be 16-21% daily. A shortage of supply teachers, casual EAs and custodians was noted.
   1 Mental Fitness Goal- support student and staff resiliency (carry over from 2019-2020)
   Compiled k-12 data shows that a sense of belonging is low across all grade levels.
   Discussed possible areas of focus going forth:
   • What unites us as a school community?
   • What are our shared experiences?
   • What are some common goals/visions?
   • How can we promote teacher connectedness?
5. Year End Activities
   Sandra confirmed the 2021 graduation venue will be the Sussex Drive-In.
6. Looking forward
   Further work in the welding shop is scheduled to resume at the end of June 2021 and is projected to be completed by the second semester of the following school year (February 2022).
